Step 1: Create your Quick Send/Sequence
If you have not already created your Quick Send and/or Sequence, please use the following help articles to do so. You will always need the item you want to send created prior to submitting an order.
Step 2: Setting up Auto-replenish
Navigate to your Company Profile from the left side then select the Billing and Membership tab in the top middle.
In order for Future Pay to work, these settings will need to be completed. This will allow SendJim to purchase credits for you if you have a mailing scheduled to be processed and you don't currently have enough credits in your account.
Please ensure you check off both boxes, set your Replenish amount as well as the Maximum Monthly Spending Limit amount, then click Save.
**Please note, if you have reached your Max Spend and a mailing is scheduled to be processed, it will be placed in a "Holding" state for 7 days. You will receive an email notifying you that you have reached your Max spend, if you go into your account and increase the Max Spend amount then the mailing will be processed. If you do not increase it, after 7 days the order will be canceled.**
Step 3: Send Your Mailing
Select how you would like to send your mailing. Sending Your First Card
As you are about to submit your order, you will see a breakdown showing how many credits you will owe today (assuming your first mailing is being submitted immediately) as well as the credits for the future mailings.
In this example, I set up a Sequence where my first card will go out right away and the second will go out in 1 month. As you can see, I will be charged 1.43 credits today and 1.43 credits later (1 month).
Select Send and you are all set.
To View Your Future Orders: If you would like to either see what is pending to be sent or potentially cancel and future mailings, please follow these steps:
Navigate to your Reports section along the left side:
Then use the "Toggle to Future Mailings Only" dropdown, choose "Yes" and click Search:
You will then see any pending orders. You can click "View Details" to view more information or click the red "Cancel" button if you need to stop any of them.
