1: Click on the "Achievements" button on the left side of the screen:

2: Click on the "+ Add New" button on the right side of the screen:

3: Give the achievement a name, and a description:

4: Give the achievement XP values for each level:

5: Select if you want the achievement to be auto-approved, and filter:

6: Click the save button:
