When you click "Edit" on an address in "My Addresses," or add a new address manually inside SendJim, you'll see three options under the address.

  • Active

  • Inactive

  • Blocked

Active: The address will be selected in Radius Bomb and will show inside your "My Addresses" section.

Inactive: This address will not be included in your "My Addresses" section, but will be included in Radius Bomb selections. This option is best for addresses of customers who have moved or prospects/quotes who decided not to do business with you.

Blocked: The address will not be included in your "My Addresses" section and will be skipped if included in a Radius Bomb selection, but will show up if selected individually through a Rooftop pin. This option is best for people who have asked to not receive mail from you again.
