Step 1: Reach out to the Dispatch Support Team to request a SendJim Connection. They will turn on the integration from their side and provide you with your Dispatch Organization ID that you will provide in the steps below to finish setting up the automation.

โ€‹Step 2: Open your Company Profile in SendJim and Click on "Third Party Integrations"

Step 3: Click on "Dispatch," Enter the Organization ID that Dispatch Support Gave You, and click "Connect Dispatch."

Step 4: Now you will see you are connected and can start adding Activities.

Step 5: When you are adding an activity that you would like to happen, you can choose either "Job Created" or "Job Completed" to trigger your mailing inside of SendJim.

Once you have your activity chosen you must decide who the recipient will be. It will be either the customer whose job was just created or completed, or it will be their neighbors. If you choose for it to be sent to their neighbors then you must select how many neighbors you want it to go to.

Step 6: The next step is to choose your Max Send Frequency Per Address. This setting will limit how many times the integration will trigger the same sequence off the same address. For example, if you have an automation set-up to send a 3-card sequence to the neighbors after a job is completed, you only want that sequence to trigger once every 3 months if you service that client multiple times per month. This would prevent the neighbors of your client from receiving multiple of the same mailing.

Step 7: You must choose which Quicksend you want to be mailed. Always remember to hit the "Add" button once you are done, if you do not hit the "add" button it will not be saved.

Step 8: This is the last and most important step. At the top of your page, select the "Billing & Membership" tab. On the right side, set your Auto-Replenish and Monthly Spending Limit. Then click "Save." These numbers are what SendJim will use to give Dispatch a budget to spend every month. Once Dispatch has reached your Monthly Spending Limit inside SendJim that calendar month, SendJim will send you an email and stop any additional mailings from Dispatch until the next calendar month.
