Canceling a Pending Mailing Order Inside SendJim
On the left menu, click "Reports."
There, you'll see all your SendJim Mailings in order with your latest mailing at the top. For any "Pending" and "Future Mailings" there will be a "View Details" and "Cancel" button on the far right.
Click "Cancel" to cancel the order and have any charged credits returned to your SendJim account.

Removing a Person From a Scheduled Sequence
On the left menu, click "Reports"
Click the "Orders by Recipient" tab at the top of the orders chart.
In the "Search Text Within Grid" box, type in the street address for the address you're wanting to remove from the pending or future mailing. Click "Search" on the far right.
*NOTE* to view all future orders for an address, you may need to select "Yes" from the "Toggle to Future Mailings Only" dropdown.
For any "Pending" and "Future Mailings" there will be a "View Details" and "Cancel" button on the far right.
Click "Cancel" to cancel the order and have any charged credits returned to your SendJim account.
This will remove just one person from a sequence and not impact any additional recipients.
