How to Update Your Plan In SendJim

This article will walk you through step by step how to make changes to your SendJim subscription.

As your year and marketing goals change over the year, you may want to adjust your SendJim plan accordingly. Please read the instructions below to learn how to adjust your plan from inside your SendJim account.

Navigate to your Company Profile

  1. Log into your SendJim Dashboard and click "Company Profile" from the left menu

  2. Click on the "Billing & Membership" tab at the top of the screen in the middle

  3. On the left side you will see your current billing information

From here you have the ability to click the "Change" button. It will then show you all the available plans for you to switch into.

Select the button next to the plan you want to switch into, confirm your payment information, and then click Update.

**Please keep in mind, if you choose to change your plan in the middle of your billing cycle, the billing cycle will be reset and you will be charged immediately. If the plan you're switching to includes monthly credits, those new credits will be deposited into your account once your charge has been processed by our system.**
